Well, we are off and running and there’s so much to catch up on friends. We are all the way into the summer. It’s my favorite time of year, when I know I am going to be traveling or on the road getting to visit a new National Park. Nothing is on the books yet. Stay tuned. First, know that I am doing good and just thrilled to still be doing what I love. April was the best month of the year so far. I served six families and I am proud of their decisions. Four of the families were first time homebuyers. The new build inventory fit perfectly and the builders were offering loan programs that rivaled 2022 interest rates. It was a win win for everyone.

What else can I write you? I am a newly licensed legal document preparer and I can’t be happier about this. I was a paralegal from 1996 through 2011 and I learned so much about family and probate law. I bring that niche knowledge to my real estate community. Remember, that I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure certified specialist. If you know anyone contemplating options, please refer them my way. They are in good hands.
